This course will cover the basics of creating powerful presentations.
Topics will include:
- Navigating PowerPoint
- Utilizing Document Themes
- Creating a Basic Presentation
- Adding slides, bulleted lists, slide layout, etc.
- Creating a Presentation from a Template
- Working with Outlines & Word Integration
- Formatting a Presentation
- Printing Presentation
- Slide Transitions, Graphics, Animation & Sound Effects
Students will develop sample presentations as well as create their own original ones. Students should be familiar with Windows.
Each student will receive a book and exercises to work on during the class. Price includes the cost of materials.

Topics will include:
- Adding Charts
- Working with External Excel Docs
- Using, Creating & Customizing Tables
- Customizing Themes & Slide Masters
- Collaborating with Others Online
- Sharing Files
- Comments
- Comparing & Merging Presentations
Students should have taken PowerPoint Basic Level 1.

PowerPoint - Advanced Level 3
2 Classes/6 Hours Total
WFT Express Grant Eligible
This course teaches students more advanced features in presenting online and integrations. This is especially helpful for businesses meeting online where different departments are responsible for their own presentations.
Topics will include:
- Readying a Presentation for Final Delivery
- Hyperlinks, Find and Replace
- The Slide Show Toolbar
- Connecting to an External Display
- Connecting Presentations-links and embedding
- Integrating with Other Office Programs-Word, Excel, Outlook
Students should have taken PowerPoint Basic Level 1 & PowerPoint Intermediate Level 2.
