A certified food protection manager is required to be on site at all hours of operation in a food establishment in Massachusetts. This course prepares every student to a higher level of food safety than the Food Handler course, and is best for supervisory-level food employees or those looking to grow within their career. This course includes gifts for students to use in class and take back to their kitchen!
